What is Smart Ticket?

Smart Ticket is a way for you to pay for your full festival Ticket in instalments. You can choose between 6 or 10 instalments where you pay a fixed rate every month. The payment is automated and will be deducted from your credit card in 6 or 10 instalments. Apart from a one-time signup fee, there are no extra fees included in your Smart Ticket. And if you change your mind, you’ll get a full refund as long as you cancel your Smart Ticket before 30 April 2019. What's not to like?

How much does it cost?

The ticket costs the same as an ordinary Full Festival Ticket (2100 DKK + fee) but is split into 10 instalments of 210 DKK or 6 instalments of 350 DKK and a one-time signup fee. The first instalment will automatically be deducted from your account 1 August 2018 or 1 November 2019 depending on which plan you have chosen. You don’t pay extra, and there are no hidden fees.

Are all payments automated?

Yes. As soon as you have signed up for your Smart Ticket, you can sit back and look forward to Roskilde Festival 2019. All instalments are automatically paid and will be deducted from your credit card on the 1st of every month until 1 May 2019.

What if I lose my credit card?

If we are unable to deduct payment from your credit card (for example if your credit card is lost, stolen or expired) you will receive an e-mail with a link to renew your payment information after the deduction has failed. If you haven’t renewed your payment information within 3 days, your Smart Ticket will be cancelled, and you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

How old do I have to be to sign up for Smart Ticket?

You must be at least 18 years old to sign up for Smart Ticket. If you are under 18 years old, a person older than 18 must sign up for you.

Can I buy more than one Smart Ticket at a time?

Sorry, no! If you wish to buy more than one ticket you’ll have to do it in two or more turns. If you need to cancel your tickets, you need do this in two or more turns as well with each subscription ID.

Can I buy an entrance booking together with my Smart Ticket?

No. You’ll receive a link to entrance booking in December 2018 for the same price as if you bought it together with your ticket (10 DKK). The entrance booking is non-refundable.

Can I use a Special Camping add-on together with my Smart Ticket?

Yes. Once the Special Camping products go on sale, you are welcome to buy the camping you require. Please note that Special Camping products are non-refundable.

When does the offer end?

Signup for the August plan of 10 instalments opens 1 July and closes 15 July. Signup for the November plan of 6 instalments opens 1 October and closes 31 October. You must sign up before these two end dates to use this offer, unless Smart Ticket has sold out beforehand.

Do I get my ticket immediately?

You have reserved a ticket for Roskilde Festival 2019 as soon as you have signed up for Smart Ticket. After your last payment is deducted from your credit card, Ticketmaster will send your ticket as a printable PDF. You will receive the tickets within May 2019.

Is there a name on the ticket?

Yes, but the name on the ticket does not restrict the ticket to that person. So don't worry if a friend bought your ticket or you received it as a present. You can still use it, but you must be able to verify your relation to the ticket buyer.

How do I login to ‘Your Account’

As soon as you have signed up for a Smart Ticket you can use your email-address and subscription ID to login to ‘Your Account’. Here you can follow your payments, update your payment info or cancel your ticket. Your login information is confidential, and you may not disclose it to any third party. In addition to your name, no personal information is available on ‘Your Account’.

How do I cancel my Smart Ticket?

You can cancel your Smart Ticket any time before 30 April 2019 by logging into Your Account at smartticket.roskilde-festival.dk/subscription and click on “Cancel subscription”. Your payments will be refunded in full to your credit card within 30 days. The one-time signup fee is non-refundable.

How do I update my payment information?

You can find your invoice receipts by logging into Your Account at smartticket.roskilde-festival.dk/subscription and click on “Resend invoice” on the invoice receipt you want to see. Your will receive the specific invoice receipt at the e-mail you have used to sign up for Smart Ticket.

Will I be refunded if I change my mind?

As long as you cancel your Smart Ticket before 30 April 2019, all your payments will be refunded within 30 days after your cancellation. The one-time signup fee is non-refundable.

Is Ticketmaster Fan Guarantee available for Smart Ticket?

No, but you can cancel your Smart Ticket any time before 30 April 2019 by logging into Your Account at smartticket.roskilde-festival.dk/subscription and click on “Cancel subscription”. Payment

When you’ve signed up for Smart Ticket, you will pay your ticket for Roskilde Festival in 10 instalments of 210 DKK or 6 instalments of 350 DKK. Each instalment will automatically be deducted from your credit card every month from 1 August or 1 November 2018 to 1 May 2019.

The full ticket price is 2160 DKK incl. a one-time signup fee of 60 DKK. The fee is charged along with your first deduction and is not refundable. All prices include 25 % Danish VAT unless otherwise stated.

Refund

You can cancel your Smart Ticket any time before 30 April 2018 by logging into Your Account and click on “Cancel subscription”. Your payments will be refunded in full to your credit card within 30 days. The one-time signup fee is not refundable.

Receipt

After signing up for Smart Ticket, a receipt will be delivered to you by e-mail. If you can’t find the receipt in your inbox, we recommend you check your spam folder. If you still can’t find the receipt, contact Ticketmaster Servicecenter at billetkontor@ticketmaster.dk or by phone +45 70 15 65 65 on weekdays between 10 AM and 5 PM.

Delivery

After your last instalment is deducted from your credit card on 1 May 2019, you’ll receive an e-mail from Ticketmaster with your ticket as a printable PDF within the month of May 2019. If you haven’t received your ticket, we recommend you check your spam folder. If you still can’t find your ticket, contact Ticketmaster Servicecenter at billetkontor@ticketmaster.dk or by phone +45 70 15 65 65 on weekdays between 10 AM and 5 PM.

Expired credit card

If your credit card expires, you will receive an e-mail with a link to renew your payment information. If you haven’t renewed your payment information within 3 days, your Smart Ticket will be cancelled, and you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

Payment information

When you sign up for Smart Ticket, you’ll give Roskilde Festival and Reepay permission to store the required credit card information for the automatic deduction from your credit card. Unless the agreement is renewed, this information will be deleted when the agreement expires.

“Your Account”

When you sign up for a Smart Ticket you can use your email-address and subscription ID to login into to ‘Your Account’. Here you can follow your payments, update your payment info or cancel your ticket. Your login information is confidential, and you may not disclose to any third party. In addition to your name, no personal information is available on ‘Your Account’.

Age limit

You must be at least 18 years old to sign up for Smart Ticket.

Contact information

All information regarding the ticket is sent to the email address you provided when you signed up for Smart Ticket. If you change your email address, contact Ticketmaster Servicecenter at billetkontor@ticketmaster.dk or by phone +45 70 15 65 65 on weekdays between 10 AM and 5 PM. Roskilde Festival will always consider your last-mentioned email address as the correct customer address.

You accept that Roskilde Festival and Ticketmaster can communicate electronically with you, including sending emails regarding the ticket.

Personal information

When you sign up for Smart Ticket, you must provide at least your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and credit card information. This information is required for us to complete your order.

Roskilde Festival reserves the right to disclose your personal information to Ticketmaster and Reepay in order to fulfil your order. In addition, Roskilde Festival does not disclose any personal data or other information entered on this website to any third party.

The personal data is collected for the delivery of your ticket and to contact you with relevant information regarding your Smart Ticket and Roskilde Festival 2019. The personal data is also used in anonymous form for analysis that helps improve and customise Smart Ticket.

If you want access to the information that is registered about you at Roskilde Festival or if you want them changed, exported or deleted, please write to gdpr@roskilde-festival.dk. If you have any other objections to our processing of your personal data, you can also write to us at gdpr@roskilde-festival.dk.

Unless the agreement is renewed, this information will be deleted when the agreement expires.

Betaling

Når du tilmelder dig Smart Ticket, betaler du for din billet til Roskilde Festival med 10 betalinger à 210 DKK eller 6 betalinger à 350 DKK. Hver betaling trækkes automatisk fra dit betalingskort en gang om måneden fra den 1. august eller 1. november 2018 til den 1. maj 2019.

Den fulde billetpris er 2160 DKK inkl. engangsbilletgebyr på 60 DKK. Gebyret opkræves sammen med din første betaling og kan ikke refunderes. Alle priser er inkl. 25% dansk moms, medmindre andet er angivet.

Refundering

Du kan opsige din Smart Ticket indtil den 30. april 2019 ved at logge ind på Your Account og klikke på “Cancel subscription”. Alle dine betalinger vil blive refunderet til dit betalingskort inden for 30 dage. Engangsgebyret på 60 DKK refunderes ikke.

Efter tilmelding til Smart Ticket modtager du din kvittering per e-mail. Hvis du ikke kan finde din kvittering i din indbakke, foreslår vi, at du tjekker din spam-mappe. Levering

Efter den sidste betaling er trukket fra dit betalingskort den 1. maj 2019, modtager du i løbet af maj 2019 en e-mail fra Ticketmaster med din billet som en PDF. Hvis du ikke har modtaget din billet, anbefaler vi, at du tjekker din spam-mappe. Udløbet betalingskort

Hvis dit betalingskort udløber, vil du modtage en e-mail med et link til at forny dine betalingsoplysninger. Hvis du ikke har fornyet dine betalingsoplysninger inden for 3 dage, vil din Smart Billet blive annulleret, og du vil blive refunderet fuldt ud inden for 30 dage.

Betalingsinformation
